Subscription Terms

1. Premium Subscription Plans
Call Santa Claus AI is free to download and use with daily limitations. To unlock unlimited access to all AI features (unlimited calls, chat, stories, and the scanner), we offer auto-renewable Premium Subscriptions. Available plans include:
- Weekly Premium: Billed weekly.
- Monthly Premium: Billed monthly.
- Yearly Premium: Billed annually.
Pricing may vary by territory and is clearly displayed in the App prior to purchase.
2. Free Trials
Some subscription plans may begin with a free trial period. If you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your Apple ID account will be automatically charged the subscription fee upon the trial's conclusion.
3. Billing & Auto-Renewal (Apple App Store Rules)
By subscribing, you agree to Apple's standard auto-renewable subscription terms:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
4. Managing and Canceling Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription directly through your Apple device settings. We (the developers) cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Call Santa Claus AI.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you cancel, you will retain access to the Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Refunds
Because payments are processed entirely by Apple, all refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. If you believe you were charged in error, you must request a refund through Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Account & Progress
If you uninstall the App, your subscription is NOT automatically cancelled. You must cancel it via Apple Settings. Your Premium access will automatically restore if you reinstall the App on the same Apple ID and tap "Restore Purchases" in the App's settings.
